can you get hipatitis c when it goes on open miner cut?

my mom has hcv tho im unsure of how long she's had it so i was wondering if she did have it when she had me could i too have it without knowing it even tho i've been checked fot it about 6 yrs ago? what should i look for and would my dad have gotten it as well as his new wife and two kids plz help very big emergency

hello..2 years ago in a blood test my HCV became "weak positive" and after 6 months after another test HCV ab mine again weak and my PCR-RNA was negative and i had no simptom for this desease.... but last month my test got weak positive such as my past exam and they are result of my recent exams :ESR & CBC were normal also this is results of A.S.T(SGOT)..17(Normal Range 3-37),A.L.T(SGPT)18...(Normal Range 0-47) ,Alkaline Phosphatase is 191(Norm Ran.. is 64 -290) but "Am I HCV patient?"

OK, this is what is happening i begged my mom to let me get my belly button pierced because my 5th grade friend just got one so my mom said you'll have to do all your chores w/o being told for 31 days then i could get it done.So i did research and it said you could get HBV or HCV and im not worried sbout that because it said that you could only get that from sex and sharing needles but the place i MIGHT b going 2 throws away there needles and gets new ones for every piercing so im not scared of that or that its going to hurt or anything im just scared because i went to www.kidshealth.com and it said you could get abscesses and boils where you get it pierced and im just wondering if you could get abscesses and boils on your stomach and if anyone has any pics of it and when you get the piercing how to provent getting that.....any doctors reading this help me.....AND DONT SAY IM 2 YOUNG TO GET NY BELLY BUTTON PIERCED IM IN 6TH GRADE and i got me ears pierced twice when i was 2 months old
